As Livlab scaled its e-commerce presence, managing content across products, markets, and channels became increasingly complex.
Product pages and blog articles looked inconsistent and disconnected from the brand.
This project focused on creating a unified, scalable template system within Shopify — improving flexibility for teams and consistency across product and editorial content.

Process
Problem Mapping
With the Project and Growth Managers, I audited existing templates and identified UX issues affecting scalability and SEO.
Product pages relied on static imagery and lacked structure; blog layouts had no consistent hierarchy or tone.
Design Execution
Redesigned both templates with modular, reusable components adaptable to different content types.
The product layout balanced storytelling with conversion — while the blog layout improved readability, rhythm, and SEO performance.
Implementation
Built and configured components directly in Shopify using its native editor, with minimal custom code.
Ensured consistency in typography, spacing, and tone between product and editorial pages.
Outcome
Delivered a scalable system of Shopify templates that unified Livlab’s brand experience across product and blog content.
Publishing became faster and required no developer support, while blog performance improved thanks to clearer structure and SEO-focused design.
The result aligned Shopify with Livlab’s broader digital ecosystem, supporting consistency across Amazon and other touchpoints.
Learnings
This project reinforced the value of cross-functional collaboration between design and performance teams.
I learned how to design for both storytelling and operational efficiency, and how modular systems can scale a brand’s presence consistently across platforms.
